  • VoxEQ leverages AWS to process Kinesis Stream data in under a minute—right within the same cloud environment as Genesys. Rest assured; privacy is paramount: neither audio nor analysis results are stored by VoxEQ. We believe that the only way to truly preserve privacy is to not store customer's personally identifiable information.

  • Every organization has unique risk tolerances and business scenarios. VoxEQ allows you to fully customize thresholds based on specific actions—for example, allowing marginal results for low-risk inquiries but requiring high-confidence matches for sensitive operations like moving money. Customers can set as many thresholds as needed to precisely match their operational requirements. Additionally, VoxEQ Verify enables institutions to set and adjust their acceptable False Positive Rate (FPR)—measured as false positives per thousand—in real time. This flexibility allows fraud systems to dynamically become stricter or more lenient, adapting instantly to changing risk levels, seasonal trends, or operational demands. When unusual activity or increased fraud threats are detected, you can quickly adjust your settings to enhance caution, confident that the system will maintain an optimal balance between security and efficiency. By clearly defining acceptable false positive budgets, VoxEQ Verify ensures the cost of blocking legitimate users remains lower than the risk of missed fraud, maximizing both efficiency and ROI. VoxEQ also provides built-in default thresholds categorizing interactions as valid, marginal, or invalid—where “invalid” indicates it’s highly unlikely the caller is legitimate—offering a robust starting point for most use cases.

  • VoxEQ’s solution is rigorously trained on both clean and challenging audio samples, delivering reliable performance in real-world conditions. In exceptionally noisy or distorted scenarios, the system transparently indicates when results are invalid to ensure you always have clear, actionable insights.
